Avanti Bikes2012

For several years I had a close working relationship with New Zealand based bicycle manufacturer Avanti; I established a design language for the brand that was iconic yet pared back, with a strong focus on detailing and on expressing the significant engineering input within each design.

Projects included several high performance carbon fibre road, track and mountain bike frames, and the development of a structural, almost architectural language for a collection of helmets and cycling shoes under the Volta sub-brand.
