A ring shaped oil and water dish with a central ‘chimney’ hole, allows the heat source - a small and somewhat unsightly tea light - to be concealed beneath inside an enclosed base. The air inlet hole doubles as an on/off ‘switch’ - simply cover with a finger to extinguish the flame within.
