By making the oil and water dish a ring shape with a central ‘chimney’ hole, the heat source - a small and somewhat unsightly tea light - could be concealed beneath inside an enclosed container. The air inlet hole doubles as an on/off ‘switch’ - simply cover with a finger to extinguish the flame within.
